CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Allen welcomed everyone to the Public Hearing.
PUBLIC HEARING – Amend the Zoning Ordinance to Regulate and Permit Special Event Facilities and for Other Purposes
Mayor Allen opened the Public Hearing. Attorney Bowen explained what the Ordinance was permitting. There were no other speakers. The Council will have a vote on this at the Regular Meeting at 7pm.
Mayor Allen closed the Public Hearing.
Opening Bids for the Sale of The Ingle House
Mayor Allen opened the only bid package that was received by the Town Clerk. The bid was for $150,000 from Ernie Smith. The council decided to table the vote to accept or deny until the August 13th meeting.
