CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Allen welcomed everyone to the Public Hearing.
PUBLIC HEARING – Special Use Permit – Andrea Jones
Mayor Allen opened the Public Hearing. Attorney Bowen explained what the Special Use Permit allows. Ben Niles expressed his concern regarding music being played late at night. The Jones responded that they will require music to be turned down by 11 PM. Russ West addressed his concerns regarding the property adjoining his property. The Council will have a vote on this at the Regular Meeting at 7pm.

Budget Hearing
Mayor Allen ask for any comments or concerns regarding the proposed 2019-2020 budget. There were no comments
