CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Allen opened the meeting.
Approve the Letter of Conditions from the USDA for the Grant/Loan for the Sewer Project
Tammy Decker representing the USDA read the Letter of Conditions and questions from Attorney Olson and from the floor were answered by Mrs. Decker. After all questions were answered Mayor Pro Tem Reed made the motion to approve the Letter of Conditions. Councilman Barton seconded the motion. All in favor, the motion passed.
Councilwoman Makonis made the motion to close the meeting. Mayor Pro Tem Reed seconded the motion. All in favor. Meeting adjourned
