CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Allen opened the special called meeting of the Resaca City Council.
INVOICE FROM OUTDOOR WORKS
Mayor Allen ask for a copy of the invoices from Outdoor Works. The invoices were reviewed by the Mayor and Council. Kenny Densmore, owner of Outdoor Works told the council that he would make the invoices exactly $10,000 if we would be paying him tonight. Councilman Barton made the motion to pay Outdoor Works $10,000.00 for work completed. Councilman Wyatt seconded the motion. All in favor. The motion passed. Kenny Densmore thanked the Mayor and Council for their decision.
ADJOURMENT
Councilman Barton made a motion to close the meeting. Councilman Rutledge seconded the motion. All in favor. The motion passed.
