Mayor Allen, meeting cannot be called to order due to not having a quorum.

MINUTES
Not voted on or approved due to no quorum.
NEW BUSINESS
Held Public Hearing for Mr. Patel, owner of Resaca Grocery – Applying for Alcohol License. The hearing was conducted with Attorney Brandon Bowen present. Mr. Patel spoke and the floor was open to public comment. There was no comments from the public. The council examined Mr. Patel’s application and found no issues with it. It was agreed that it will be put on the January Agenda along with the 2016 alcohol renewal applications.

Sewer Project –
Bob Peoples and Mitch Reed was present to give an update on the sewer progress.
Rail Road
Mayor Allen and Councilman Talley gave a summary of the meeting with Ms. Bowman from CSX.
